How to Book a Private Jet or Helicopter

You can book a private jet or helicopter in India in five steps: share your trip, we find aircraft that fit, you get a charter quote with the cost broken down, you choose, and we coordinate the journey.

154 Indian airports are listed. A helipad or private airstrip can be typed in directly, and we will confirm the landing point with you.

  1. 01

Tell us your route, date and group size

Route, date and number of passengers is enough to start. Anything you do not know yet, like exact timing, return date or baggage, can follow later.

  2. 02

We find aircraft that fit your trip

Not every aircraft suits every trip. Runway length, range, altitude, passenger count and baggage narrow the choice before price comes up.

  3. 03

You get options and a charter quote

Each option shows what is included and what is not. That way you can compare two quotes fairly, not just on the headline figure.

  4. 04

    You choose

There is no pressure to take the first option. If none fit, tell us. A different date or a nearby airport often changes the answer a lot.

  5. 05

    We coordinate your journey

We handle airport and helipad coordination and ground transfers where needed. You have one point of contact from booking to arrival.

What we check for you

  • Airports: whether both ends can take the aircraft at the times you need
  • Range and runway: whether the aircraft can fly the distance and use both runways
  • Crew duty: whether your day fits inside crew duty limits
  • Weight: whether passengers and baggage fit the aircraft in the expected conditions
  • Permissions: what the route or landing site needs, and how long approval takes

What we need from you

  • Route: where you are flying from and to
  • Date: when you want to fly, and how firm that is
  • Passengers: how many people are travelling
  • Fixed times: anything that cannot move, like a meeting, ceremony or connection
  • Baggage: any equipment or luggage beyond the normal

How charter booking works

We arrange and coordinate charter solutions based on your route, aircraft requirements and availability. A charter is planned, not just booked. Most of that planning happens out of sight, which is why a first enquiry can feel harder to send than it is.

You do not need to know anything about aviation. Your route, date and number of passengers is enough to begin. We check the things that matter, such as runway length, range, crew duty limits and permissions.
